| English - German - Hungarian Written Business Communication |
| NEW! |
This is an essential aid to all non-native business users of English and/or German: it covers all areas of business life. The software offers more than 3000 sentences and ‘tough’ terms for people using foreign languages for composing written documents.
The software is easy to use; the sentences or terms chosen from the lists can be easily inserted in the document during composition, because the user can see the choice offered by the menu and the document itself at the same time. Of course, all sentences and terms can be edited and personalized.
The lists of the software (ready-made sentences and terms organized in 64 subsections in 8 sections) can also be browsed according to the purpose of communication.
Formal phrases (correspondence): addressing, reference, introduction, acknowledgement, invitation, good wishes, closing, greeting
Expressions of uncertainty: accepting, conditions, objection, amazement, indecision, feelings, reluctance, doubting
Action: taking measures, demanding, threatening, recommending, advising, forbidding, proposition
Inquiring, making and maintaining contacts: inquiry, commenting, demanding, proposition/application, requesting, reminding, informing, interest
Negative expressions: rejection, withdrawal, giving notice, disapproval/disfavor, complaint, refusal, cancellation, opposition/protesting

Expressions of emotion: regret, threatening, hope, sympathy, care, happiness, dissatisfaction, satisfaction
Clarification: explaining, announcing, acknowledgement of something, clarification, referring, informing, apology/forgiveness, justifying ourselves
A different option is browsing according to specific situations, the areas and forms of business life (e.g. events, relations, sales, labor, enterprises) in the same way as outlined above (9 sections, 60 subsections).
Events, relations: visit, travel, celebration, personal matters, reservations, time, discussions, event, general meeting, conference
Sales: offer, order, conditions, assignment, quantity, price, quality, payment, invoice
Inquiry, information: informing, offices, institutions, references, support, assistance

Labor, employment: job application, personnel, salary, benefits
